Cobblestone Christmas
Art Notes
As I considered subjects for a Christmas painting this year, my thoughts turned to the familiar charms of village life that I celebrated in my beloved “Cobblestone Bridge.” I know this stately old bridge well enough to conjure it and its environs when it wears a mantle of white.
In Cobblestone Christmas light spills from the windows of every home and suffuses into the crisp winter air, where it mingles with the incandescent fires of the setting sun. God and man have truly collaborated in a celebration of the season.

I have a Thomas Kinkade Cobblestone Christmas # 6587 size 13.25 x 20.25 and I was wondering how much it cost?
Hello Cheryl,
Thank you for your comment. We do not offer appraisal services here. A quick way to check the value of your painting is to go onto our website http://www.thomaskinkade.com and search for the title, size, and edition of your painting. If you do not find your exact piece, it is sold out. You would then need to select a different image. Just make sure to select your same size, edition and frame for a general idea of value.
If you need a formal appraisal for your insurance company, there are many factors that are part of an art appraisal especially when a painting is sold out, including edition, size, frame choice, condition, image availability, and the local art market. The best source for assistance in obtaining a third-party appraisal is a local appraisal firm in your area. Local appraising firms understand the secondary art market in your region and have the ability to give you the best estimate of value for your Thomas Kinkade Limited Edition Artwork.
You can do a search online, such as by using Google, for art appraisers in your area. You could reach out to an art gallery and see if they have recommendations for art appraisers.

I just broke my wife’s 2003 Cobblestone Christmas glass ball ornament. How can I get another one?
Hello Scott,
I’m sorry to hear about your broken glass ornament. We do not manufacture or sell these ornaments. I’m not sure which company manufactured the ornament that you have. That could have been something from Hallmark, http://www.hallmark.com You could try reaching out to them and see if they may still have one still available. Or you may just need to check online marketplaces such as e-Bay and see if somebody is selling theirs. If you still have the box to the ornament, you could see which company manufactured it and reach out to them and see if they still have any or could offer other suggestions.
