Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco
Art Notes
I’m stunned. I’ve just seen something astonishingly beautiful and unexpected. I came upon a half hidden trail overlooking the bay, and followed it down, through a dense eucalyptus forest leading to a small beach. A fisherman there told me, “Few know about this place, but it’s like nothing else in the world.” As he spoke, a dense fog lifted, and before me stood the majestic arch of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Hello Mrs Astin,
A quick way to check the value of your painting is to use the search feature here on our website and search for the title, size, and edition of your painting. If your painting is not on line, you can find a similar image in the same size and edition and that would be the value of your painting. Our prices are not image specific, they are based on size edition and frame.
If you need a formal appraisal for your insurance company, there are many factors that are part of an art appraisal especially when a painting is sold out, including edition, size, frame choice, condition, image availability, and the local art market. The best source for assistance in obtaining a third-party appraisal is a local appraisal firm in your area. Local appraising firms understand the secondary art market in your region and have the ability to give you the best estimate of value for your Thomas Kinkade Limited Edition Artwork.

I as well have a limited edition lithograph how do I know what that is worth
Hello Susan,
You can follow the same steps that I have listed for Mrs Austin to find a value for your piece. I will post them again.
We do not offer appraisal services here. You can start out right here on our webpage, http://www.thomaskinkade.com, to get a general idea of value for your piece. You would want to use the search feature in the upper left hand corner of our website. Type in the name of your piece. If you find your exact piece, click into it like you want to purchase it. Once in the product page, select your same options as you have on your piece, edition, size and frame. This will give you a general idea of value for your piece. If you can not find you exact piece, it is probably sold out. You can then select another image as long as the other criteria, size, edition, frame, match to get a general idea of value.

Was wondering the value of my Golden Gate bridge lithograph I inherited. certificate says 3251/3950 S/N Canvas 24″x 36″
Bought it with my mother in 1996 at little studio in Jackson, California in route to a vacation in Lake Tahoe.
Can always remember her and I were captured by it and my mom bought it there on the spot.
And love it in my home now.
