Enter this giveaway by casting your vote for your favorite Thomas Kinkade Studios Limited Edition Art that we unveiled in 2020.  Select your favorites from among traditional Thomas Kinkade Studios Cottages, Landscapes and Lighthouses, as well as from officially-licensed Disney, Star Wars™, and Marvel Art. Use the entry form below to vote for your favorite art, and submit your e-mail address to complete your entry.  We encourage you to share this giveaway with your friends and family using the engagement action offered after you’ve submitted your entry form to earn additional entries.

Contest Rules

A CHANCE TO WIN any available Thomas Kinkade Studios 12”x18” or 12”x16” SN Limited Edition Canvas in the frame of your choice.

Entry is simple! Complete the “Cast Your Votes Now” entry form by selecting your favorite image for each matchup. Entrant must enter his or her email address on the entry form to complete the entry. Entrant may secure multiple entries by using the Viral Sweep giveaway application to complete other engagement actions offered at the end of the voting. Engagement actions include, visiting the Thomas Kinkade Studios Facebook page, sharing the giveaway on Twitter, following Thomas Kinkade Studios on Twitter, visiting the Thomas Kinkade Studios Instagram page, referring friends to the giveaway, and visiting ThomasKinkade.com.

One (1) – Any available 12”x18” or 12”x16” Thomas Kinkade Studios Framed SN Limited Edition Canvas of the winner’s choice

ELIGIBILITY:

This contest is open to residents of the United States only. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify. Entrants must complete an entry form and provide a valid email address to officially enter and may perform the additional engagement actions outlined above for additional entries. Participation in previous voting Rounds is not required to enter a current Round. Employees of Thomas Kinkade Studios and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their officers, directors, employees and agents are ineligible from winning.

WINNER SELECTION:

This giveaway runs on Friday, January 1, 2021 through Wednesday, January 6, 2021. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered and a winner will be picked using a random name selector tool on Thursday, January 7, 2021.

An announcement that the entrant was selected will be sent by email to the winner. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her email for notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. The winner will also be announced after they have contacted us to claim their prize on the Official Thomas Kinkade Facebook Page and on the Official Thomas Kinkade Instagram Page.

PRIZE CLAIM:

The winner will be shipped the allotted prize within 7 days of notification at the address specified by the winner at the time of prize notification. The winner is responsible for monitoring his or her email for notification and receipt of other communications related to this contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reach by the Thomas Kinkade Studios within five (5) days, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE and LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
