A chance to win a copy of “Chasing the Horizon” signed by Thomas Kinkade, Patrick Kinkade and their father, William Thomas Kinkade II, with a Patrick Kinkade Remarque! Just “Like” and/or “Comment” on the Chasing the Horizon Sweepstakes Post on the Official Patrick Kinkade Facebook Page. Each “Like” and one “Comment” on the Facebook post qualifies you for an entry into this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes runs from 12:00 a.m. PST to 11:59 p.m. PST on Thursday, August 27, 2015, and 5 random winners will be selected and announced on the Official Patrick Kinkade Facebook Page and on this webpage after the winners have contacted us to claim their prize. Prize:
Five (5) Copies of “Chasing the Horizon” by Patrick Kinkade and Thomas Kinkade
“Chasing the Horizon” is a tale of Kinkade family fun and adventure. Recording their European journey with brush and pen, the Kinkade brothers join their father in retracing the route of his World War II experiences. Thomas Kinkade’s pencil sketches and full-color plein air paintings (done entirely on location) join Patrick’s entertaining and insightful stories of a father-and-son journey abroad. The five copies are hand-signed by Thomas Kinkade, Patrick Kinkade and their father, William Kinkade II, and also includes Pat’s signed remarque.
Eligibility:
This sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States only. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify, and must use a valid Facebook account for entry. An individual may enter up to two times, 1) by “Liking” Chasing the Horizon Sweepstakes Post on the Official Patrick Kinkade Facebook Page and/or 2) by “Commenting” on the aforementioned post. Only one “Comment” per person qualifies. Additional “Comments” do not constitute additional entries.
Employees of the Thomas Kinkade Studios and Art Brand Studios, and each of their respective affiliated companies or agents and the immediate family (spouse, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, siblings and in-laws) members of, and any person domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

Winner Selection:
This sweepstakes runs on Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 12:00 a.m. PST to 11:59 p.m. PST. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered using the Woobox Facebook Pick A Winner Tool. At 12:00 a.m. PST on Friday, August 28, 2015, the Thomas Kinkade Studios Social Media Team will use the Woobox Facebook Pick A Winner Tool to randomly choose a winner from eligible entries. An announcement that the entrant was selected will be sent by Private Message on Facebook to the winner. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her Facebook account for notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. The winner will also be announced after they have contacted us to claim their prize on the Official Patrick Kinkade Facebook Page and on this webpage.
Prize Claim:
The winner will receive the allotted prize within 7 days of notification at the address specified by the winner at the time of prize notification. The winner is responsible for monitoring his or her account for notification and receipt of other communications related to this sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reach by the Thomas Kinkade Company’s Social Media Team within five (5) days, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE and LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
