A chance to win a framed print of Carmel, Ocean Ave II  personally signed by Thomas Kinkade Studios! Just “Like” and/or “Comment” on the “Carmel, Ocean Ave II” Sweepstakes Post on the Official Patrick Kinkade Facebook Page. Each “Like” and one “Comment” on the Facebook post qualifies you for an entry into this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes runs from 12:00 a.m. PST to 11:59 p.m. PST on Friday, November 20, 2015, and 3 random winners will be selected and announced on the Official Patrick Kinkade Facebook Page and on this webpage after the winners have contacted us to claim their prize. Prize:

Three (3) Framed Prints of Carmel, Ocean Ave II Signed by Thomas Kinkade Studios
Carmel, Ocean Ave II portrays the Central California town where Thomas Kinkade Studios displayed and sold his work at the beginning of his career.  As an artist’s colony, Carmel was one of the places where Thom felt at home, and he enjoyed returning there regularly to paint and to explore the beauty of this tiny ocean village.  The three framed paper prints of “Carmel, Ocean Ave II” were hand-signed by Thomas Kinkade Studios for an event, and our archivists found a small quantity of remaining prints at Thomas Kinkade Studios.  Patrick Kinkade is happy to share these with three lucky fans!

Eligibility:

This sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify, and must use a valid Facebook account for entry. An individual may enter up to two times, 1) by “Liking” the “Carmel, Ocean Ave II” Sweepstakes Post on the Official Patrick Kinkade Facebook Page and/or 2) by “Commenting” on the aforementioned post. Only one “Comment” per person qualifies. Additional “Comments” do not constitute additional entries.

Employees of the Thomas Kinkade Studios and Art Brand Studios, and each of their respective affiliated companies or agents and the immediate family (spouse, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, siblings and in-laws) members of, and any person domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

Winner Selection:

This sweepstakes runs on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 12:00 a.m. PST to 11:59 p.m. PST. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered using the Woobox Facebook Pick A Winner Tool. At 12:00 a.m. PST on Saturday, November 21, 2015, the Thomas Kinkade Studios Social Media Team will use the Woobox Facebook Pick A Winner Tool to randomly choose winners from eligible entries. An announcement that the entrants were selected will be sent by Private Message on Facebook to each winner. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her Facebook account for notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. The winners will also be announced after they all have contacted us to claim their prize on the Official Patrick Kinkade Facebook Page and on this webpage.

Prize Claim:

The winners will receive the allotted prize within 7 days of notification at the address specified by the winners at the time of prize notification. The winners are responsible for monitoring his or her account for notification and receipt of other communications related to this sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reach by the Thomas Kinkade Studios Social Media Team within five (5) days, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE and LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
