Each “Like” and one “Comment” on the Facebook post qualifies you for an entry into this sweepstakes.

Additionally, you may enter to win this prize by “Liking” and/or “Commenting” on the Art Brand Studios The Art of Ice Age Post on our Official Thomas Kinkade Instagram Page.  Each “Like” and one “Comment” on the Instagram post qualifies you for an entry into this sweepstakes.

Please note the Facebook and Instagram sweepstakes are two separate giveaways, and participants are permitted to enter both sweepstakes.

Both sweepstakes run from 4:30 a.m. PST to 11:59 p.m. PST on Tuseday, August 9, 2016, and 1 random winner for the Facebook version of the sweepstakes will be selected and announced on the Official Thomas Kinkade Facebook Page and on this webpage after they have contacted us to claim their prize. 1 random winner for the Instagram version of the sweepstakes will be selected and announced on the Official Thomas Kinkade Instagram Page and on this webpage after they have contact us to claim their prize. Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify, and must use a valid Facebook account and/or a valid Instagram account for entry. An individual may enter the Facebook version of the sweepstakes up to two times, 1) by “Liking” the The Art of Ice Age Giveaway Post on our Official Thomas Kinkade Facebook Page, and/or 2) by “Commenting” on the aforementioned post. Only one “Comment” per person qualifies. Additional “Comments” do not constitute additional entries.

An individual may enter the Instagram version of the sweepstakes up to two times, 1) by “Liking” The Art of Ice Age Giveaway Post on our Official Thomas Kinkade Instagram Page, and/or 2) by “Commenting” on the aforementioned post. Although participants may enter both giveaways, an individual may only win one prize. If the same individual’s name is randomly chosen for both giveaways, a new winner will be selected for one of the giveaways.

Winner Selection:

This sweepstakes runs on Tuesday August 9, 2016 from 4:30 a.m. PST to 11:59 p.m. PST. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered using the Woobox Pick A Winner Tool. At 12:00 a.m. PST on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, the Art Brand Studios Social Media Team will use the Woobox Pick A Winner Tool to randomly choose two winners from eligible entries – 1 winner for the Facebook sweepstakes and 1 winner for the Instagram sweepstakes. An announcement that the entrant was selected will be sent by Private Message on Facebook and Instagram to the respective winners. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her Facebook account or Instagram account for notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. The winners will also be announced after they have contacted us to claim their prize on the Official Thomas Kinkade Facebook Page, the Official Thomas Kinkade Instagram Page, and on this webpage.

Prize Claim:

The winner will receive the allotted prize within 7 days of notification at the address specified by the winner at the time of prize notification. The winner is responsible for monitoring his or her account for notification and receipt of other communications related to this sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reach by Art Brand Studios Social Media Team within five (5) days, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Terms and conditions may apply.
