Eligibility:

This contest is open to residents of the United States only. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify, and must use a valid Facebook account for entry. An individual may enter up to two times, 1) by “Liking” the “Thomas Kinkade Cape Light Novel Giveaway” Post on our Official Thomas Kinkade Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/OfficialThomasKinkade/photos/a.417504134936469.91316.383679988318884/864317136921831/?type=1&theater, and/or 2) by “Commenting” on the aforementioned post. Only one “Comment” per person qualifies. Additional “Comments” do not constitute additional entries.

Winner Selection:

This giveaway runs on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, from 12:00 a.m. PST to 11:59 p.m. PST. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered using the Woobox Facebook Pick A Winner Tool. At 12:00 a.m. PST on Thursday, January 8, 2015, the Thomas Kinkade Company’s Social Media Team will use the Woobox Facebook Pick A Winner Tool to randomly choose a winner from eligible entries.

An announcement that the entrant was selected will be sent by Private Message on Facebook to the winner. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her Facebook account for notification and receipt or other communications related to this contest. The winner will also be announced on January 8, 2015 on or about 4 p.m. PST. on the Official Thomas Kinkade Facebook Page and on this webpage.

Prize Claim:

The winner will receive the allotted prize within 10 days of notification at the address specified by the winner at the time of prize notification. The winner is responsible for monitoring his or her Facebook account for notification and receipt of other communications related to this contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reach by the Thomas Kinkade Company’s Social Media Team within 7 days, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Terms and conditions may apply.
