Post a photograph on your Instagram account of or with any Thomas Kinkade Disney art or home décor accent, and use the hashtag #thomaskinkadeanddisney. Get creative – take a picture at home, at your local Thomas Kinkade Studios Gallery, or at Disney Parks! This sweepstakes runs from 12:00 a.m. PST on Saturday, October 17, 2015 to 11:59 p.m. PST on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. A random winner will be selected and announced on the Official Thomas Kinkade Studios Instagram Page and on this webpage after they have contacted us to claim their prize. Eligibility:

This sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States only. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify, and must use a valid Instagram account for entry. An individual may enter by posting an original picture of or with any Thomas Kinkade Studios Disney art or home décor accent on their Instagram account, using the hashtag #thomaskinkadeanddisney. Your Instagram account must NOT be set to private in order for our contest engine to be able to detect your entry. Instagram posts must be original posts with the hashtag in the original caption – image re-posts and hashtags in additional comments on a post do NOT qualify. Only one entry per person qualifies.

Employees of the Thomas KinkadeStudios, Art Brand Studios, and Disney Consumer Products and each of their respective affiliated companies or agents and the immediate family (spouse, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, siblings and in-laws) members of, and any person domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

Winner Selection:

This sweepstakes runs on from 12:00 a.m. PST on Saturday, October 17, 2015 to 11:59 p.m. PST on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered using the Woobox Instagram Photo Contest Tool. At 12:00 a.m. PST on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, the Thomas Kinkade Company’s Social Media Team will use the Woobox Instagram Photo Contest Tool to randomly choose a winner from eligible entries.

An announcement that the entrant was selected will be sent by Private Message on Instagram to the winner. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her Instagram account for notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. The winner will also be announced after they have contacted us to claim their prize on the Official Thomas Kinkade Studios Instagram Page and on this webpage.

Prize Claim:

The winner will receive the allotted prize within 14 days of notification at the address specified by the winner at the time of prize notification. The winner is responsible for monitoring his or her account for notification and receipt of other communications related to this sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reach by the Thomas Kinkade Company’s Social Media Team within five (5) days, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.
