Art of Entertainment Return Policy is intended to facilitate the efficient and orderly processing of your return requests. Our 30-day money back guarantee enables you to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days after your payment has been processed.
How to Process Your Return
All products intended for return must be authorized by a Customer Service Associate and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned to it. Contact our Customer Service Team at 1 (888) 624-5455 to receive your RMA. Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm CST and Saturday 10am-7pm CST.
Art of Entertainment guarantees that its products are free of manufacturing defects and will gladly replace any item that does not meet product criteria, and Art of Entertainment will cover all shipping costs in this instance. Art of Entertainment products are custom-made, and as such, the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items returned for any other reason than manufacturer defect.
- If the product you received was damaged during shipping please do not discard the product or packaging.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
- All returned goods must be shipped prepaid and insured.
