Thomas Kinkade Studios Return Policy is intended to facilitate the efficient and orderly processing of your return requests. Our 30-day money back guarantee enables you to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days after your payment has been processed.

How to Process Your Return

All products intended for return must be authorized by a Customer Service Associate and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned to it. Contact our Customer Service Team at (408) 201-5000 to receive your RMA.

Return Shipping

Thomas Kinkade Studios guarantees that its products are free of manufacturing defects and will gladly replace any item that does not meet product criteria, and Thomas Kinkade Studios will cover all shipping costs in this instance. Thomas Kinkade Studios products are custom-made, and as such, the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items returned for any other reason than manufacturer defect. Due to the custom nature of our products, please note there is a limit of 5 returns per customer per calendar year for any reason.
