WINNER SELECTION:
This sweepstake runs from 12:00 a.m. PST on Tuesday, November 19th, 2019 to 3:00 p.m. PST on Sunday, December 15th, 2019. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered at thomaskinkade.com/starwarsgiveaway. Entrants must enter their email and complete a short survey. At 3:00 p.m. PST on Sunday, December 15th, 2019 the Thomas Kinkade Studios Web Team will use a winner selection tool to randomly choose a winner from eligible entries.
PRIZE CLAIM:
Entrants do not have to be present to win. An announcement that the entrant was selected will be communicated by phone and/or email to the winner. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her phone and e-mail account for notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. The winner must claim their prize within forty-eight (48) hours of the announcement. If they fail to do so, a new winner will be chosen every forty-eight (48) hours until a winner successfully claims their prize. The winner will receive the allotted prize within 14 days of notification at the address specified by the winner at the time of prize notification.
